After spending a good few years in restaurants and on the yachts, we decided to take on our business in Cape Town.
In November 2020, The Kitchen Culture was created.
Using the knowledge we gained from working in some of the best restaurants in South Africa, we have put our minds together to bring you our creations in the comfort of your own space.
We thrive off creating new and interesting recipes.
So whether you’re looking for a private chef for a fine dining 5-course dinner with wine pairing & a waiter, a beautiful brunch buffet, exciting party canapes, or even a chef to cook for you and your family at your home for a few days, we are here.
Our aim and goal is to give you an unforgettable food experience and to make, whatever the occasion, extra special.

MEET THE TEAM

HAYLEY NEW
Hayley completed her 3 years at Silwood School of Cookery with a Cordons Bleus Grande Diplome.
She worked at three of Cape Town's top restaurants, The Potluck Club, The Shortmarket Club and Chefs Warehouse at Beau Constantia.
She then moved to France and worked on a private 30m motor yacht as sole chef for a season.
Hayley is also currently working part-time under food stylist, Lisa Clark.

BRANDON VOORN
Brandon completed his studies at The International Hotel School with a National Certificate in Professional Cookery and City & Guilds Food Diploma.
He worked amongst some the best chefs at two of Cape Town's top restaurants, The Potluck Club and The Shortmarket Club.
Brandon then moved to France where he worked on 97m motor yacht for just short of two and a half years
